- This accommodation does not accept groups of young people under 21 years

- Arrivals outside office hours: please sign the Authorization Form to charge your credit card for the damage deposit after which we will arrange the collection of the keys (an additional late-arrival fee may apply)
- Refund of damage deposit to your credit card 24/48 hrs after your departure
- Ecotax not included (see below)

Personal Check-in
we offer guided service for those who would like to be accompanied from the airport to the villa (any hour of arrival). This service has a cost of € 25 (for Personal Check-in within office hours) and € 50 (for Personal Check-in outside office hours). This is to be paid in cash to the guide. Please let us know in advance if you would like to make use of this service.
Please note that all Ibiza tourists need to pay Ecotax upon arrival. This tax is used for the preservation of the island. During high season (01/05 - 01/11) the Ecotax is € 2,20 per person per day and € 0,55 per person per day during low season. This only counts for persons of 16 years and older.
