Situated in a peaceful location overlooking beautiful avocado fields, this cosy cottage is located within a ten minute drive from the Nerja town centre with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and sandy beaches. Traditionally furnished, the cottage offers spectacular views on the surrounding countryside and mountains.
Location and outside area
Here you will get the best of both worlds: the slow pace of the Andalusian countryside while urban life is never far away. The cottage is located in the Imaroga area, at a short distance from Nerja (3 km) and Frigiliana (2.9 km). The famous Burriana beach is just a 10 minute drive away. The outside area has a spacious sun terrace around the pool (6 x 3.5 m long and 1.20m - 1.75m deep) with 4 sun loungers. You will also spend a lot of time on the covered terrace, a very suitable place for your barbecue dinners; it is fully equipped with patio furniture. The view to the avocado fields with Nerja and the surrounding hills as a backdrop is stunning. On the first floor, a lovely sun terrace lets you see the Mediterranean.
Inside and lay-out
With all the rooms on one floor, you will agree that this is a very friendly and charming retreat. The decoration, in natural colours, inspires a homy feeling. The living/dining room, comfortably furnished, has an open fireplace, dining table for 6, 1 sofa with 2 armchairs, coffee-table, satellite TV and DVD player. The open-plan kitchen is not too big but very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms are well cared for and accommodate up to 4 persons (one double, one twin). There is a full shower room with WC and a basin. All considered, this villa offers you an excellent price/quality ratio. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the double bedroom (the twin bedroom has a fan).
