Beautiful bungalow in Benitachell, Urbanization La Joya, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with communal pool.  The house is situated in a coastal, hilly and urban area.  It is the perfect place for families with childeren thanks to its big communal pool at just a few meters away.  It is an economic holiday home, at just 10 minutes driving you find the coast, for example Moraira, a little fishing village with fine sable sand beaches, restaurants and shops.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels, big terraces with outside furniture and sun beds, amazing views to the valley. The accommodation offers privacy and a beautiful lawned communal garden with trees.  Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities and places to go out make this a fine holiday home to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.
