Included in the service:
The provision of the accommodation entirely equipped with all the services and installations indicated in the description sheet, consumption of water, gas (except the heating), of electricity (except air-conditioning) and the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool.
Not included in the service:
The damage deposit of 300 € (except other indications), the heating, electricity for air-conditioning, additional person, pets (if it is allowed), Internet by modem 3g, bed, bath and kitchen linen and obligatory final cleaning according to capacity.
