Rural house amidst vineyards and panoramic countryside views
Situated in the countryside, in between the famous vineyards of the Montilla wine area, this country retreat is perfect for children as there is a small playground outside and plenty of space to play around. And of course: if the kids have a splendid time, mom and dad do even better! The pool is either shared or private - please read below.
Location and outside area
This villa is adjacent to ref. Cordoba 006a, both sharing a tempting pool. You wanted a private pool? That's still possible! Upon request and with surcharge, we promise not to rent the adjacent property so you will have the pool exclusively for yourselves. Please note that this arrangement is not possible in July and August. The situation of the house can't be more typical: everywhere you look are vines, the proud of Montilla. A visit to the bodega's, a.o. Alvaer and Robles, is almost an obligation and very interesting, especially during harvest, when you can follow the whole process of winemaking from beginning to end. The village of Montilla itself is a 10-minute drive away (9 kms) and very traditional Andalucian, with tapa bars, family-run restaurants and shops. For an excursion, you will certainly enjoy the old centre of Córdoba with its' world famous mosque and Jewish quarter. Historical cities of Antequera and Granada are also worth a visit whilst watersporters will enjoy the nearby lake of Iznajar. The outside area of the house includes a playground for children with a little wooden playhouse (shared with Cordoba 006a). The pool (10 x 5 mts) is set in a gated area, ensuring safety for the younger ones. The veranda is an excellent place for your alfresco meals, a barbecue is provided.
Inside and lay-out
The accommodation has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a very nice well-sized living/dining room that fully integrates the kitchen. Its' interior has an attractive decoration with many wood providing a county-side ambience. There is a sofa, 3 armchairs, a wood burning stove and satellite television. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 rings gas hob, microwave with integrated oven, fridge/freezer, and all kind of utensils. The washing machine is found in the shower room. The four bedrooms are all twins. One is situated on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a full bathroom with a 1/2 bath on the first floor. There is heating in all rooms.

- The pool is available from June 15 to September 15.
