The situation of the house can't be more typical: everywhere you look, you see vines, the pride of Montilla. A visit to the bodegas, among others, Alvaer and Robles, is almost an obligation and very interesting, especially during the harvest when you can follow the whole process of winemaking from beginning to end.
Location and outside area
Situated in the countryside amidst the famous vineyards of the Montilla wine area, this country retreat is perfect for children as there is a small playground outside and plenty of space to play around. Of course, if the kids have a splendid time, Mom and Dad do even better! The village of Montilla itself, a 10 minute drive away (10 km), is traditionally Andalusian with tapa bars, family-run restaurants, and shops. For an excursion, you will certainly enjoy the old centre of Córdoba with its world famous mosque and Jewish quarter. Historical cities of Antequera and Granada are also worth a visit whilst water sports fans will enjoy the nearby lake of Iznajar. The outside area of the house includes a playground for children with a little wooden playhouse. The private pool (10x5 m) is set in a gated area, ensuring safety for the younger ones. Several terrace areas and lawn for sunbathing add much charm to this house, especially indicated for families with children.
Inside and lay-out
UNIT CORDOBA 006A: This villa has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a small living room that blends ambiance with the kitchen/dining room, provided with a dining table, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all kind of utensils. Its' interior has an attractive Andalucian decoration in a juvenile style. There is television, music-equipment and an open fireplace. Also situated on the ground floor is triple bedroom with 3 single beds and a shower room with wash basin and WC. bathroom. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large bedroom with four single beds. The shower room on this floor comes with a wash basin, bidet and WC. There is heating in all rooms.
UNIT CORDOBA 006B: This accommodation also has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a very nice well-sized living/dining room that fully integrates the kitchen. Its' interior has an attractive decoration with many wood providing a county-side ambience. There is a sofa, 3 armchairs, a wood burning stove and satellite television. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 rings gas hob, microwave with integrated oven, fridge/freezer, and all kind of utensils. The washing machine is found in the shower room. The four bedrooms are all twins. One is situated on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a full bathroom with a 1/2 bath on the first floor. There is heating in all rooms.
