This villa is adjacent to Ref. Cordoba 006b, both sharing a tempting pool. You wanted a private pool? That's still possible! Upon request and with extra charge), we promise not to rent the adjacent property so you will have the pool exclusively for yourselves. Please note that this arrangement is not possible in July and August.
Location and outside area
The situation of the house can't be more typical: everywhere you look are vines, the proud of Montilla. A visit to the bodega's, a.o. Alvaer and Robles, is almost an obligation and very interesting, especially during harvest, when you can follow the whole process of winemaking from beginning to end.
The village of Montilla itself is a 10-minute drive away (9 kms) and very traditional Andalucian, with tapa bars, family-run restaurants and shops. For an excursion, you will certainly enjoy the old centre of Córdoba with its' world famous mosque and Jewish quarter. Historical cities of Antequera and Granada are also worth a visit whilst watersporters will enjoy the nearby lake of Iznajar. The outside area of the house includes a playground for children with a little wooden playhouse (shared with ref. Cordoba 006b). The pool (10 x 5 mts) is set in a gated area, ensuring safety for the younger ones. Several terrace areas and lawn for sunbathing make this house very complete and especially indicated for families with children.

Inside and lay-out
The accommodation has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a small living room that blends ambiance with the kitchen/dining room, provided with a dining table, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all kind of utensils. Its' interior has an attractive Andalucian decoration in a juvenile style. There is television, music-equipment and an open fireplace. Also situated on the ground floor is triple bedroom with 3 single beds and a shower room with wash basin and WC. bathroom. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large bedroom with four single beds. The shower room on this floor comes with a wash basin, bidet and WC. There is heating in all rooms.
A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).
