Location and outside area
Situated in a unique, elevated position, at 5.2 kilometres from whitewashed Frigiliana, this villa offers unbeatable views. From the main road, a concreted mountain track of 2 km leads to the property, giving it a private and exclusive feel. The last 400m are unsurfaced but can be driven with a normal car without problems. For those who wish to take a dip in the ocean or try the excellent paellas at the Burriana playa, the beaches of Nerja (12 km) are just 20 minutes' drive. The house has a spacious and shaded front terrace with patio furniture and an inviting sun terrace with private pool of 7.0 m x 3.5 m long and 1.9 m – 1.5 m deep. Sun beds are provided. Adjacent to the sun terrace you will find a splendid built in barbecue area. The surrounding countryside offers excellent possibilities for a nice walks along the avocado, mango and olive yards or mountain climbing more to the north.
Inside and layout
The front terrace gives access to the cosy dining / living room, provided with a wood burning stove, dining table for 4, sofa, 2 armchairs, and flat screen TV with satellite reception. A few steps lead down to the kitchen that comes with a 4 rings ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. A twin bedroom is also accessed with a few steps down from the ground floor. On the first floor you’ll find a spacious double bedroom and a shower room with WC, bidet and single wash basin.

- A WiFi internet connection is available, costs dependent on usage. Information on how to access and pay is available in the villa.
- Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in the living room and in the bedroom on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan (and the air from the living room should be noticed).
