The centre of Nerja, a short drive away, offers plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. This villa is nicely appointed and also benefits of air conditioning in the top floor bedrooms.
Location and outside area
Chimenea is in a very sought after residential area, somewhat east of the centre of Nerja. Its main attraction is the famous Burriana beach, 700 m downhill from the villa, where you will find many tapas bars and beach restaurants serving fresh fish and the so called “pescaito frito”, small fried fish. The large Supersol supermarket is another 700 m away, but in the opposite direction. Here you will also find the Racquet Club for those who enjoy tennis, squash, or paddle tennis. The villa has a private swimming pool (6 m x 3 m and 1.10 m – 1.80 m deep) surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sunbeds. There is a barbecue and patio furniture for outdoor dining. Off-road parking is available.
Inside and lay-out
The rooms are distributed on three floors and are elegantly decorated. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a TV, and has a dining corner for 6 persons. The kitchen offers all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator/freezer. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom for shared use. The third bedroom is a twin and located in the basement, where you will also find a shower room with WC, bidet and wash basin.
