Location and outside area
This lovely detached villa is reached via a winding, concrete country lane, and yet it's less than 10 minutes' drive from Frigiliana (4.0 km) itself and just 20 minutes from the coast at Nerja and its sandy beaches (11 km). Upon arrival, your eye will directly catch the magnificent views out over the surrounding landscape and out to the Mediterranean. There are several spacious terraces and sitting areas, whilst the pool is surrounded by a garden full of flowers, plants, bushes and trees. The roman style private pool is set in a gated area to ensure safety for children and well sized: 10m x 5m and depth from 1.00m to 2.50m. The barbeque area comes with patio furniture and is the right place to entertain your guests at night whilst enjoying a cool sangria under starry skies. An open poolside shower is placed is conveniently placed at the pool terrace.

Ground floor :
The ground floor consists of a spacious lounge, well equipped with sofas, armchairs, dining area, flat screen TV with satellite reception and DVD player. From the lounge, patio doors open on to a patio terrace with panoramic views. The adjacent kitchen comes complete with a 4 rings vitro hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, double-door fridge/freezer and breakfast table for 4 persons. The washing machine is placed in a utility room. The double bedroom on this floor has an ensuite bathroom with bath + hand held shower, WC, single wash basin and bidet whilst the second bedroom is a twin with ensuite shower room with WC and single washbasin.
First floor:
Stairs lead from the lounge to the gallery landing, overlooking the open plan living space below. There are 4 double bedrooms of which 2 have patio doors accessing a terrace with views. A full bathroom with overhead shower, WC and single wash basin is for shared use between the bedrooms and so is a shower room with WC, Single washbasin.
