Families with small children will find this the ideal villa, as the access to the pool area can be closed, yet the kids will still have a spacious lawn area where they can play. Superb views and a convenient location 5 minutes from the village of Mijas and 25 minutes from the Malaga airport lets you enjoy a holiday without complications at this comfortable villa.
Location and outside area
Tucked away in the hills, this is an intimate and cosy villa with fabulous views, both towards the Mediterranean Sea to the south and towards the sierras to the west. The whitewashed village of Mijas (4.5 km) is just 5 minutes away whilst the sandy beaches of Mijas Costa (12 km) are a 15 minute drive away. The villa is located in Valtocado, a residential area somewhat west of Mijas. Although the surroundings are quiet, the area offer many possibilities for those looking for sports and entertainments. There are a handful of golfcourses at less then 15 minutes drive though Mijas is also popular for tennis, horseriding, hiking and cycling. The kids will certainly enjoy the Mijas waterpark, the Fuengirola Zoo, Sealife in Benalmádena or the Selwo Safari park near Estepona.
There is a gated entrance to a parking area leading to the front door. Next to and behind the house, you’ll find beautiful mature gardens with lawn. The attractive private pool (7 m x 3,5 m ; 1.10 m - 1.70 m deep) is set in a fully fenced area to provide protection for families with smaller children. For your alfresco dinners, this property is provided with patio furniture and a built-in barbecue with a work top, water, and power supply.

Inside and lay-out
All rooms are conveniently set on the ground floor with comfortable furniture in a classic style. From the parking area, the front door opens into the living/dining room furnished with 2 sofas, a wood burning stove, a dining table for 6, Smart satellite-TV, DVD player and a radio/CD. A door opens onto the garden with lawn. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and features a 4 ringed ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, shower, washbasin, and WC. The two other bedrooms are twins, one with an ensuite shower room, the other with an adjoining family shower room with all amenities.

- A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).
- Pool towels are provided free of charge.
- Air conditioning is available throughout the house; it is included in the price during the winter months (for reservations made starting on November 1, 2024) and is optional from June 1st to September 30th at a rate of 70 EUR per week (payable locally).
