Villa Charlotte is a very pretty holiday house with a very large garden with pine trees, palm trees, Mediterranean flowers and large loan areas between Conil and Chiclana. The view from the terrace at the typical Spanish landscape and rolling hills is just beautiful. Here you can relax in a very quiet spot. The pool with 10mx5m is also very large. The next tapa bar lies in walking distance and the long sandy beach of Chiclana can be reached within 20 minutes by car, the historic centre of Chiclana with its daily fish and vegetable market within 10 minutes. Also beautiful are the Andalusian sunsets which gave the area its name “Costa de la Luz“,  “Coast of light”.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: the prices shown are per week and per season, including additional costs. However, it is not mandatory to rent per week. You can choose any desired arrival and departure day by clicking on the dates on the availability calendar. The rental price is then automatically calculated for you. PLEASE NOTE:

The prices in the price list are indicated per week. This does not mean that you always should rent full weeks. Outside the high season you are free to choose your arrival and departure dates, as long as you follow the minimum stay guidelines. By clicking on the desired dates on the booking calendar, the rent including obligatory additional costs (see above) will be calculated automatically.

The check-in time on the arrival date is from 17:00 onwards and the check-out time on the departure date is before 11:00 in the morning. Any other agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing. In some accommodation there may be a mandatory arrival and departure day, which can be seen on the availability calendar by the blue-coloured days.

The booking deposit is 50% to pay within 7 days. To ensure a smooth check-in, we ask that the final 50% balance should be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are based on the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the accommodation. Please make sure not to exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

If you travel with your pet:
Even when pets are welcome in a house, please let us know before what and how many pets will be with you and ask explicit permission from the landlord/agency. Bear in mind that a surcharge applies. Your pets are welcome, but of course not in/on the beds, sofas and settees and in the swimming-pool.
Please make sure that the garden will not be redesigned by them and will be clean and free of excrements at any time.
