This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja’s vast array of amenities at hand reach. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings in a classic Spanish style. La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (1.5 km), within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.
Location and outside area
At the front of the house you'll find a lovely verandah with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean - the ideal spot for having a nice breakfast or an alfresco diner. A few steps lead down to the spacious lawn and the private pool (6,5m x 3,5m long and 1.25m – 2.20m deep), complete with sun loungers. Adjacent to the house is a barbecue corner with additional sitting area.
For sightseeing, we would recommend exploring the area on foot, as this is a walkers' paradise, we specially recommend the walk through the riverbed of the Río Chillar. By car, the pretty white villages of the Axarquia and historic Granada are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed. The villa has a private parking for one car.
Inside and lay-out
The villa has all the rooms on one floor and offers spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. There is a cosy living room with sofa and arm chairs centred around the open fireplace and a dining corner. Satellite-tv is available. The kitchen is independent and well equipped with a 4 rings vitro-hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). There are 2 shower rooms, one of them is ensuite.
