The apartment is in phase 4, called 'Las Azucenas'. Phase 4 is within walking distance of the beach. It is built around two leisure areas, each with a swimming pool, a children's pool, a sunbathing area, jacuzzi and pavilion. Children's playgrounds, biomechanical equipment and play areas are also provided. A small river runs through the complex with bridges and footpaths. The whole exudes a feeling of rust, luxury and vacation.

Mar de Pulpí is located in a new neighborhood of San Juan de los Terreros adjacent to the local municipality of Pozo del Esparto. It is built as a white, Mediterranean village with large residential units and winding walkways along patios and landscaped gardens. It has the great asset of its location on and near the beach. The luxury complex also offers a shopping centre with a supermarket, some restaurants and bars. The whole is framed by an extensive park garden with exotic plants. There are many facilities: playgrounds for children, outdoor fitness equipment, footpaths with benches, pergolas, fountains, even a maze. There is also a lot of room for sports practice. San Juan de los Terreros has 325 days of sunshine a year and the average annual temperature is 18°C.  Ideal for sports. Important information you need to know!

As a rule, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The check-in time on the arrival date is from 16:00 and the check-out time on the departure date is before 09:30 in the morning. In some accommodations, there may be a mandatory arrival and departure date, which can be seen on the availability calendar by the blue-colored days. The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are based on the maximum number of people allowed in the accommodation. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more than the indicated number of people.

Explanation of mandatory and optional supplements:

  1. If applicable! Additional costs will be mentioned on the reservation form.
  2. Bringing a pet is only allowed with the express permission of the landlord. There is an additional charge per pet.

The total amount to be paid is stated on the booking form and includes:

  1. Initial and final cleaning, bed linen and towels provided during your stay.
  2. Cleaning during the stay.
  3. The costs for heating and air conditioning are usually included in the rental price. If this is not the case, the heating and air conditioning costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on the reservation form.
