Location and outside area
The villa nestles on a hillside in a dominant position, providing wonderful outside areas, quiet and unbeatable views. You will undoubtedly enjoy your alfresco meals on the lovely veranda with an adjoining spacious, laid to lawn area with fruit-trees. The attractive private pool area (8 x 3 mts) provides the same unique views. The location is very peaceful and only 5 minutes drive away from Frigiliana (2,5 km). Nerja, with its famous beaches and humming town centre, is 15 minutes away (8,5 km). Easy access to the house by a fully asphalted road make this villa a perfect retreat from where to explore Granada, Málaga and the white villages of the Axarquia area.
Inside and lay-out
This is a very comfortable villa on two levels. On the lower floor you'll find the entrance, a staircase to the upper floor, a twin bedroom with bathroom and a small living room. The upper floor consists of a generous living room with open fireplace and satellite-tv. Large windows (i.e. for Spanish understandings!) offer beautiful outside views. The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. On this floor you'll find 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a complete bathroom. All together, a villa with an excellent quality-price ratio and very suitable for a bigger family or a group of friends to pass the summer time.

- Air conditioning is available in the 3 bedrooms (the double one has only cold air, not for heating).
