Location and outside area
The lovely, tropical garden has a lawn with 2 sun loungers surrounding the tempting private pool (7x4 m). The shaded veranda looks out over the garden and pool, making it a perfect setting for your alfresco dinners; patio furniture and a barbecue are provided. The villa is set in Majadales de Roche, a rural settlement of Conil de la Frontera 3.5 km from the beaches of Roche, known to be the best in the area. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic spot, then visit the city of Cadiz with its rich history, or the pretty town of Jerez de la Frontera where you can visit the famous horse show (on Thursdays) and several bodegas where sherry-wine is made.
Inside and lay-out
The villa is all on one floor, with a well appointed living/dining room in blue-white marina style, with 2 sofas, satellite-TV, and dining amenities. The independent kitchen is decorated in red and white and comes with all amenities: a 4 ringed vitro hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are three bright bedrooms (one double, two singles), a full bathroom, and a shower room with WC.
