This lovely villa is located in Calle Velez Malaga, a 5-minute walk from the sandy and sheltered Burriana Beach where you will find a wide array of restaurants, tapas bars, shops, and a supermarket. There are several playgrounds for the kids. You may also opt for water-sports such as canoeing or paddle surf!
Location and outside area
Nearby, at the east end of Playa Burriana, is the natural park of the "Acantilados de Maro", a line of dramatic steep cliffs with several secluded beach coves and even a small waterfall. Approaching the cliffs from the water provides unique views of this incredible piece of virgin coastline. If you prefer to stay at the beach, then you must not miss the "pescaito frito" at one of the traditional "chiringuitos" (typical beach restaurant). But it will not be a surprise if you are unable to tear yourself away from the spacious luxuriant gardens (1.000 m2) of this villa where you will find sitting areas on various levels and a good-sized private pool (9x4 m). A barbecue and 7 sun loungers are provided. The villa provides parking for 3 cars. The walk to the beach and its many attractions is only 5 minutes on foot, but if you prefer going to the city centre of Nerja (1.2 km), you may want to drive or take a taxi.
Inside and lay-out
The rooms are divided between 2 levels and are nicely appointed. On the ground floor you will find a hall, a lounge with an open fireplace and a large kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a 4-ringed vitro hob, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher and a dining table for 4 persons. There is also a twin bedroom and a full bathroom on this floor. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) and a full bathroom. One of the double rooms has an en suite shower room. This floor also has a spacious living room with satellite TV and music equipment with CDs. The dining table is placed on the outside terrace, as you will probably not want to dine inside!
WiFi internet is available, free of charge. Fans are available in all bedrooms.
