This rural villa nestles on a hillside 4 km from Nerja and offers a lot of privacy and breathtaking country views against a backdrop of mountain ranges. Location and outside area
The villa provides an excellent outside area, built with use of rustic materials such as natural stone and wood. The attractive private pool (8 m x 4 m) comes with sun loungers and patio furniture, whilst a lovely and shady barbecue area is made on the back of the house and provided with its own wooden furniture. As an optional extra, an outside jacuzzi is available at 1 EUR for 15 minutes. The villa is situated in an elevated position, enjoying stunning countryside views. Just the ideal setting for an 'away from it all holiday'. Nevertheless, the town center and beaches of Nerja are 4 km away from here, a 10-15 minutes drive. Within a short drive you will also find the picturesque villages of the Axarquía, such as Cómpeta, famous for its orange blossom honey and sweet muscatel wines. The city of Málaga is less than an hour away and offers the Picasso museum as one of its landmarks.
Please note: the 100 m private access to this villa is via a steep track that requires some courage. We recommend using a car with a larger engine.
Inside and lay-out
Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout, this house provides a high level of comfort, including air conditioning and electric blinds. The living room and the open-plan kitchen are in a typical Andalusian style, using rustic materials and beams on the ceiling. The living room comes with a dining table for 6 persons, 2 sofas, open fireplace, and TV. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a 4 ringed ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and the necessary amenities. The 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) are all beautiful and comfortable. There is one full bathroom with an over bath shower and one shower room.
