This villa has a very privileged location in El Estrecho Natural Park with amazing views on the Strait of Gibraltar and the African coast. It is surrounded by pine tree woods and has a spectacular beach only 15 minutes away on foot. The interior is tastefully decorated; you will feel right at home.
Location and outside area
The Parque Natural del Estrecho has been created in 2003 and is the southernmost protected area in Europe. This exceptional villa is situated in the heart of the park, the surrounding nature guaranteeing perfect privacy to its guests. From your sun-terrace and the adjoining kidney-shaped private swimming pool you’ll enjoy unforgettable views on the natural surroundings, the Atlantic, and the Strait of Gibraltar. The golden beach nearby will seem private as it’s only known by a few insiders. Clear blue water awaits you for a dip in the ocean! Did you know that there are also dolphins and whales in the waters of the park? In Tarifa several companies run boat trips to see whales and dolphins. The park is also a favourite with birdwatchers; migration birds fly through in great numbers each year.
Inside and lay-out
Tastefully furnished and decorated, this house provides a relaxed atmosphere and a touch of luxury. The living room blends its ambiance with the open-plan kitchen. Amenities include satellite-TV, DVD, and home cinema, whilst the kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also included. The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a double bed, whilst the other two bedrooms are twins. Two additional bathrooms are shared.
A WiFi internet connection is available (provided by satellite, which means it's a bit slower than a cable connection).
