The cottage is located in Roche Viejo, a rural location 10 minutes by car from the traditional Spanish town of Conil de la Frontera. Quiet and peaceful, yet with easy access to many beautiful beaches thought to be the best in Spain and to all facilities such as shops, restaurants and also a great base for sightseeing. The interior is furnished in a simple style.
Location and outside area
A very peaceful retreat with an attractive mature garden, located in the countryside near Conil de la Frontera (4 km) and only a 5 minute drive from the Cala de Aceite beach (1.7 km) where you will find white sands and clear blue waters. The villa is also ideal for guests who like to combine a quiet stay with excursions to the beautiful cities of Sevilla, Cadiz, and Jerez de la Frontera. The villa has more than 1,000 m2 of mature gardens and a private pool (9x5 m) with sun loungers. With a barbecue and a shaded porch to enjoy your alfresco dinners, you will find all the ingredients for a perfect holiday!
Note: unobtrusive traffic noise may be heard in the outside area.
Inside and lay-out
The accommodation has all rooms on the ground floor and is furnished in a simple style with wooden beams on the ceilings. The shaded porch opens onto the living/dining room with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, an open fireplace, and TV. The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 4 ringed gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a full bathroom with over bath shower, WC, washbasin, and bidet. Wifi internet is available at no extra cost.
Notes:
- The below mentioned prices are for occupancy of max. 4 people.
- The house has an additional bedroom available for two more guests (5th and 6th person). The room has 2 single beds, independent entrance and a new private bathroom (with toilet, shower and wash basin). A surcharge of 120€ per week is applied for its use, except in July and August.
