Beautiful panoramic views in a peaceful location.
You will certainly want to spend a lot of time on the front terrace of this small villa to fully appreciate this wonderful setting. It’s all there: a delightful private swimming pool, beautiful views, dining table, and barbecue for outside dinners. For shopping or dining out, whitewashed Frigiliana is just a short drive away. The inside accommodation is very comfortable and well furnished, in a rustic style.
Location and outside area
This countryside location in the surroundings of Frigiliana (2.3 km) offers a peaceful retreat. There is a spacious sun terrace with a private swimming pool (7x3.5 m and 1.5x2 m deep) equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, outside shower, and WC. On the other side of the villa you will find a shaded veranda with a built-in barbecue from where you will enjoy splendid views on the rolling hills around Frigiliana and on to the Mediterranean. This is an excellent spot for your alfresco dinners. If you’re looking ahead to spend a day at the beach, the town of Nerja has excellent options to offer. For a more cultural visit, see Granada’s Alhambra palace or the Picasso Museum in Málaga. If you don’t mind driving… Seville and Córdoba are not to be missed!
There are 2 different ways to reach the villa: the longest access is 4.5 km from Frigiliana and surfaced with concrete. The alternative access is only 2.3 km long with some unpaved parts, although it’s in reasonable condition and can be driven with a normal car.
Inside and lay-out
The house has rooms on two floors. The entrance opens onto a comfortable living / dining room with an open fireplace, a dining table, 2 sofas, satellite-TV, and a radio-cd player. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The washing machine is in a utility room. Downstairs, you will find 3 nicely decorated bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) and a full shower room with a washbasin, WC, and bidet.
Note: A WiFi Internet connection is available free of charge in July, August and September. For other months, it is available upon request at a cost of 20 EUR.
